Diplomate of national board ( DNB ) is awarded by National Board of examination, an autonomous acedmic body under the ministry of health and family welfare government of India to candidate who successfully complete their post graduation or postdoctoral medical education under it.
Is it recognised by MCI and ( MoHSW) ?
DNB qualification awarded by the NBE have been equated with post graduation and postdoctoral qualification awarded by other Indian universities for all purpose including appointment to teaching purpose as well.
Where candidate can work after completing DNB-PG ?
DNB allow to work anywhere in India and abroad under government or private hospitals or colleges or candidate can do self practice because it is equivalent to MD/MS.
Can I study further for Super Speciality after DNB Speciality ?
DNB is also available for Super Speciality courses after DNB Speciality candidate can pursue for DNB-SS.
